Registration Cost: Early Bird $65 Per Player Late Fee: $75 Per Player Plus Mmebership fee

• RDU Sports Exclusive Membership fee: RDU Sports adds on an additional $20 Membership fee which is good for a full year to RDU Sports partnered restaurants, bars, and venues, that will provide discounts up to 10%-20% off for an entire year for being a member of RDU Sports.

Registration information:

• A team is formed when 12 players have registered. The max number of players per team is 23. Each team must have 12 players minimum. (6-4 M,F OR 5-5 M,F ). We are a gender neutral league. Any team that has not met the required 12 minimum players when registration closes, any remaining free agent will be added on to the current roster to complete the minimum required.
  
• No sidearm pitching, No bunting

• Captains will need to register first, as a Team Captain, create your team name and then have players register under your team name.
  
• Don't have a team and still want to play? Register as a free agent and we will place you with a team.

Overview:

• 7 regular season games. Single elimination playoffs
• Championship prize for the winning team
• Theme Week Play
• RDU Sports kickball rules
• A & B Divisional championship games. The league has the right to divide teams into two divisions to make two divisional championship games depending on the number of teams. The league will determine which teams will compete in both A and B divisional championship games.

• Before participating in any sport with RDU Sports a player must sign and agree to the liability waiver and be at least 18+, in good health and have his/her own insurance.
  
• A player must play in at least 1 game to be eligible to play in the playoffs

Conduct Policy:

• RDU Sports has a strict zero tolerance policy for harassment and or bullying. Harassment can be verbal, physical, or visual, and includes all unwelcome conduct that is based on race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy), national origin, age (40 or older), disability or genetic information. If any captain, coach, player, referee, seen breaking this rule will be asked to leave and will NOT receive a refund for however many games are remaining for the season. As well as possibly being banned from participating in any sporting event held by RDU Sports and its affiliates.

Refund Policy (Please Read)

• RDU Sports has a strict non-refundable policy. Before registering yourself or your team you must consider the following which does not entitle you to a refund.

• COVID, Work or personal life. League schedule or game times that will conflict with your personal schedule, multiple weather cancellations, breaking up or divorce issues, not having a good time, being kicked out or dismissed from the league. Moving, or injuries that cause you to no longer be able to play for the reminder of the season. Credits or transfers can be requested but are not guaranteed and will be reviewed by league officials.
